Kara’s professional designations include Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS), Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), in addition to being a licensed attorney and escrow officer. Her extensive leasing experience encompasses both tenants and landlords across diverse property types, including Class A lifestyle centers, regional malls, grocery-anchored centers, and net lease deals. Notably, she has contributed to high-profile projects such as Market Street The Woodlands in The Woodlands, TX, Rice Village, Houston, TX and Waterside Shops in Naples, FL. In her work, Kara seamlessly integrates her leasing expertise with a development-forward mindset, bridging strategic vision with practical execution.
Beyond her leasing accomplishments, Kara has been actively involved in ground-up development projects. She assisted the west coast expansion of a national childcare brand handling projects from site selection through construction. Kara also serves as the President of the West Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
